Guessfree is a customer data and marketing automation platform operated by Vielendark s.r.o. It helps businesses organise customer information, create email campaigns and build event-based customer journeys.
What the platform is for
Businesses may use Guessfree to send permission-based newsletters, product updates and customer lifecycle messages. Messages must relate to the recipient’s relationship with the sending business and comply with the rules below.
Permission is required
Marketing recipients must have explicitly requested the messages. Senders must be able to explain how and when permission was obtained. Purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise unsolicited contact lists are not permitted.
Clear senders and easy unsubscribing
Each marketing email must identify the sending business, use accurate subject lines and provide a working unsubscribe option. Senders must respect opt-outs and must not add an unsubscribed recipient back to marketing lists without renewed permission.
Bounces and complaints
Guessfree includes sending and suppression controls for bounces, complaints and unsubscribes. Senders must monitor delivery issues, keep their lists up to date and stop sending to addresses that are suppressed.
Report unwanted email
If you believe an email sent through Guessfree was unsolicited or abusive, please contact hallo@vielendark.com. Include the sender address, subject and date of the message so we can investigate. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
